1. Services Provided

Nova Titan Systems provides commercial Division 27/28 low-voltage subcontracting and field-execution services, including structured cabling, network and security infrastructure installation, and project-based coordination. Regulated Texas fire-alarm work is performed by properly licensed partners/subcontractors where required. The scope and commercial terms for each engagement are defined by the applicable proposal, purchase order, work order, or agreement. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Payments

All payments are due as stated in your invoice or booking. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of service.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and ensure lawful use of our services. You are responsible for your own accounts unless specifically managed by Nova Titan.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are covered separately in our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchase.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nova Titan Systems is not liable for damages caused by client misuse, negligence, or third-party issues. Services are provided “as-is.”

6. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
