Traivone Smith founded Nova Titan Systems in September 2025 after years of working inside the infrastructure that powers banks, schools, retail environments, and industrial facilities across Texas. As a West Texas-based founder, he witnessed firsthand how lack of digital infrastructure limits economic opportunity, education access, and healthcare delivery in underserved communities.
He saw veterans in rural areas struggling with unreliable VA telehealth connections, small-town schools lacking proper cybersecurity protection, and government facilities operating with outdated infrastructure. He built Nova Titan Systems to change that—bringing enterprise-grade IT to the federal, state, and local government agencies serving these communities.
