Nova Titan manages commercial low-voltage projects from scope review through customer handoff. Field resources are assigned project by project, with capability, availability and responsibilities confirmed for the work.
Scope and Planning
Drawings, site conditions, deliverables and exclusions are reviewed before a proposal. Changes are documented for approval before additional work proceeds.
Field Coordination
Scheduling is confirmed against the site requirements and available field resources. Required tools, testing and licensed trade responsibilities are established for the approved scope.
Project Communication
Customers receive a project communication route for scheduling, site questions and change decisions. Nova Titan coordinates with the customer and other trades throughout delivery.
Closeout and Handoff
Photos, labeling, test results and closeout documents are provided as required by the approved scope and customer acceptance requirements.
