Brownwood Retail Network Infrastructure & System Set
Managed field delivery through a prime-contractor engagement
Brownwood, Texas · Project photographs
From rough-in to System Set
Nova Titan Systems managed its assigned scope through a prime contractor. The retail operator was the prime contractor's end client, not a direct Nova Titan customer. Field resources were assigned for the project.
July 14–16, 2026
Rough-In
Cable routes, overhead drops and retained cable slack documented before finish-out. The photographs shown here were captured July 16.
Open-ceiling rough-in
Overhead cabling and drops before ceiling finish-out.
Cable bundles ready for termination
Cable slack retained for the later termination phase.
Wall drop and pathway coordination
Wall-drop condition at rough-in closeout; surrounding conduit is shown for context.
Floor-box cable staging
Cable staged inside the floor box for later fit-out.

September 22 return completed; Vendor Meet pending
Follow-on return and Vendor Meet
Scanner and pinpad replacement is complete. Manager's Office printer work remains for the Vendor Meet. Earlier phase photos do not represent that return visit or final project acceptance.
Separate follow-on scope · No photographs from the follow-on visit are presented here.

A retail store buildout required network infrastructure and equipment installation across several project phases. Construction readiness, equipment availability and prime-contractor direction shaped the sequence of field work.
Our Solution
Nova Titan coordinated its assigned low-voltage and System Set scope, project-specific field resources, customer communication and photo documentation. Infrastructure work and equipment setup were managed as distinct milestones, with later device corrections and final coordination tracked separately.
Services Provided
- Project and field-resource coordination
- Structured cabling and network infrastructure support
- Rack and equipment installation support
- Retail workstation and peripheral System Set support
- Photo documentation and prime-contractor closeout coordination
Results Achieved
- System Set milestone completed and documented
- Project photographs retained as evidence of assigned field work
- Follow-on scanner and pinpad replacement completed; final printer coordination and project acceptance tracked separately
Field Notes
Observations from the assigned scope and project records.
- Construction-dependent pathways must be ready before affected infrastructure work can proceed. A blocked dependency is documented and coordinated with the prime.
- Completing an equipment setup milestone does not establish completion of later correction visits. Each phase needs its own scope and acceptance record.
- Photos show visible installation progress. They do not substitute for specified test reports, signed service records or customer acceptance.
Project relationship: Nova Titan Systems managed its assigned scope through a prime contractor. The retail operator was the prime contractor's end client, not a direct Nova Titan customer. Field resources were assigned for the project.
Community Impact
This project shows how Nova Titan supports retail buildouts through managed field delivery: one company coordinates its assigned scope, resources and evidence while the prime contractor directs customer requirements and acceptance.
