1. Service Refunds
If you cancel before work begins, you are eligible for a full refund. Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed and reviewed case by case.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (guides, templates, reports), all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue, contact us for support.
3. On-Site Installations
Deposits for booked on-site visits are non-refundable once scheduled. If the service cannot be delivered due to our fault, you may request a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at info@novatitan.net with your name, invoice number, and details of your request.
